§ 1 Applicability of the Terms
The deliveries, services, and offers of the AEON Shisha online shop and the customer are exclusively based on these terms and conditions.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in the aeon-shisha.com shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
By submitting your order, you have made an offer to purchase from us. The automated order confirmation sent to your email address confirms receipt of your order but does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
The purchase contract between you and AEON GmbH is concluded when the ordered product is shipped to the delivery address provided by you. Simultaneously, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
If the aeon-shisha.com shop does not accept the customer's offer (e.g., because the product is not available), the customer will be promptly informed, and any payments made will be refunded without delay.
§ 3 Storage of the Contract Text
We store the contract text of your order. You can print it before sending your order to us by clicking "Print" in the final step of the order process. Additionally, we will send you an order confirmation and an order acknowledgment with all order details and our terms and conditions to the email address you provided.
§ 4 Payment Terms, Shipping Costs, Retention of Title
Delivery is made only against prepayment or other payment methods indicated on the website.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT plus shipping costs of 6.90 euros per order up to 31.5 kg via DHL. If cash on delivery is available as a payment method, the delivering agent will charge an additional fee of 2.00 euros, payable directly to the agent.
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims has been made.
§ 5 Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we dispatch goods within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. For delivery on account, goods will be shipped within 2 business days of the order acknowledgment unless otherwise stated in the offer.
We explicitly point out that deliveries outside Germany may incur customs and/or handling fees. Certain products may not be importable due to local regulations. Please check with the relevant authority in advance whether you can import the product and what fees may apply. If products are returned from abroad due to unpaid customs duties, we cannot refund shipping costs.
§ 6 Payment Terms
Payment is made via prepayment or PayPal. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
When choosing prepayment, we will provide our bank details in the order acknowledgment. The invoice amount is due immediately and must be transferred to our account.
§ 7 Warnings, Youth Protection
We do not sell tobacco products to minors.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they meet the legal age requirement.
§ 8 Warranty
The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions.

You have the right to revoke your contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in writing (e.g., by letter or email), or by returning the goods if received before the withdrawal deadline. The withdrawal period begins after receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of the same goods, not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the EGBGB, as well as our obligations under § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in time. The withdrawal must be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, e.g., express shipping). If you cannot return the goods received in whole or in part or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the lost value. This obligation does not apply to the use of the goods, provided it was necessary to determine their characteristics and functionality. "Determining characteristics and functionality" means testing and trying out the goods as it would be possible in a store. Goods that can be shipped as parcels are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed 500 euros, or if you have not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Non-parcel items will be picked up at your location. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the goods, and for us with their receipt. Please note that items that have been used or cleaned are excluded from exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Withdrawal for the purchase of Mystery Boxes is excluded.

§ 10 Costs of Return in Case of Withdrawal
In case of withdrawal, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
§ 11 Data Protection
The AEON-Shisha.com - Shop takes the protection of personal data very seriously and strictly adheres to data protection laws. During the initiation, conclusion, processing, and reversal of a purchase agreement, we collect, store, and process data in compliance with legal provisions.
Personal data provided to us, e.g., during an order or via email (e.g., your name and contact details), are used solely for correspondence with you and for the purpose for which you provided the data. We pass on your data only to the shipping company responsible for the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the processing of payments, we pass your payment data to the financial institution responsible for processing the payment.
We assure you that we do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your prior explicit consent. To carry out and process processing procedures, we may use third-party services while adhering to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.
Personal data provided to us through our website will only be stored until the purpose for which they were entrusted to us is fulfilled. Considering commercial and tax law retention periods, certain data may be stored for up to 10 years.
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if these have become incorrect, we will delete, correct, or block your data upon your instruction, in accordance with legal provisions. § 12 Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Partial Invalidity
These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between AEON-Shisha.com — Shop and the customer are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The provisions of the UN Sales Convention do not apply. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence.
If the customer is not a consumer, the place of jurisdiction is agreed to be Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions or agreements shall remain unaffected.
