According to our terms and conditions, the customer is required to return items they wish to return within the 14-day return period at their own expense. Please include the completed return/cancellation form in the package when returning an item. Please remember that we can only accept items that are not damaged and have not been used! Sometimes, the tracking status from DHL, UPS, or DPD may be delayed and only update the next day.
You will automatically receive the tracking number for your order via email after your package has left our shipping warehouse. If the tracking status shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please complete the following document and send it to us via email at info@aeon-shisha.com:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating any reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or – if the item has been delivered to you before the deadline – also by returning the item. The withdrawal period begins after receiving this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have arrived at the recipient (in case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before the arrival of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our duty to inform you in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and our obligations in accordance with § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 of the EGBGB.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item in time. The withdrawal should be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return any received services, and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be returned. If you cannot return the received service or benefits (e.g., usage advantages) in full or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. Compensation for deterioration or benefits must only be paid if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that exceeds testing its properties and functionality. "Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the item as is possible and usual in a store. Items that can be shipped must be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of return shipping if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 500 euros or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet provided consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be shipped will be picked up from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your withdrawal declaration or the item, and for us when we receive it.
