Service, Warranty & Guarantee for Products Prior to June 2026
We, Schmidt Innovations GmbH – the company that Steamulation is also part of – are leading AEON and VYRO into a new era, with fresh ideas and new products. For everything that's coming now, we're here for you all the way.
There is, however, an important note regarding products from the past:
Schmidt Innovations GmbH has not taken over the former AEON GmbH. We are continuing the brands, the website and the social media channels independently and separately from those previously responsible.
All products are being completely redeveloped by us and, effective immediately, are subject to our quality management.
This means for products of the former AEON GmbH:
- For legal reasons, we unfortunately cannot provide any warranty or service for products that were manufactured or distributed by the former AEON GmbH – as much as we'd like to.
- Any warranty claims continue to exist solely within the scope of your original purchase contracts – for example, towards the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
We understand that this can be disappointing for affected customers. All the more, we look forward to supporting you going forward with new products and a service in the quality you know from Steamulation.
Spare Parts
In our future developments, we will pay attention – wherever possible – to compatibility with existing components. Common spare parts (e.g. glasses with threads) should therefore become available again in the medium term. We will share details in due course.
Here's a little something we can already reveal: threaded glasses, for example, will be fully backward compatible with new Aeon models!
Nevo Products
The former AEON GmbH was in the past a distribution partner for Nevo products. This partnership existed exclusively with AEON GmbH and was not taken over by us.
Schmidt Innovations GmbH is not a distribution partner for Nevo products and never was. We are therefore unable to provide any warranty, service or complaint handling for Nevo products.
To the best of our knowledge, Nevo Design GmbH is now also undergoing insolvency proceedings. For inquiries regarding Nevo products, please contact the manufacturer or the responsible insolvency administrator.
