Important information regarding service, warranty, and guarantee for previous AEON and VYRO products

We, the Schmidt Innovations GmbH, the company that also owns Steamulation, are excited to relaunch Aeon and Vyro with fresh ideas and products. Please note, however, that Schmidt Innovations GmbH has expressly not taken over the company AEON GmbH. This is an independent continuation of the brands, website, social media channels, etc. – separate from the former AEON GmbH. This means that no service or warranty obligations can been taken over. This is for legal and technical reasons.

• Unfortunately, we cannot offer any warranty or service for products that were manufactured and/or distributed by AEON GmbH in the past.
• Any warranty claims continue to exist exclusively within the scope of your original purchase contracts, e.g., with the shop or dealer from whom you purchased the product in question.

We understand that this may be disappointing for affected customers. At the same time, we ask for your understanding and look forward to supporting you in the future with our new product range and comprehensive service in the quality that you already know from Steamulation.

Spareparts

Nevertheless, in our future developments, we will take compatibility with previous components into account (as far as possible), so that common spare parts (such as glass bowls with threads) should be available again in the medium term. These can therefore also be used for previous products. Details and information on this will be published in due course.

Nevo Products

AEON GmbH was previously a distribution partner for Nevo products. However, following the insolvency of AEON GmbH, this distribution partnership no longer exists.

Schmidt Innovations GmbH, which will continue to operate the AEON and VYRO brands in the future, is not a distribution partner for Nevo products. We are therefore unable to provide any warranty, service, or complaint handling for these products, as they were not sold by us.
