Shipping
Customs duties, import taxes and fees on international orders
All orders are shipped from Germany. For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. USA, UK, Switzerland), customs duties, import VAT or sales tax and additional handling or clearance fees charged by the carrier may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are collected directly from the recipient by the customs authority or carrier.
As the buyer and importer, you are responsible for paying these charges and for complying with the import regulations of your country. Please check with your local customs or tax authority before placing your order to find out which charges apply and whether any import restrictions affect the items you wish to order.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because import charges were not paid or delivery was refused, any resulting return, storage and handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Cost
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order for deliveries within Germany and €16.90 for international shipping to the countries we deliver to. Any deviating shipping costs are shown on the order page and are automatically adjusted after selecting the destination country. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €199.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page. Any additional fees, customs duties, and taxes incurred are to be borne by the customer. Please inform yourself about the regulations of the destination country.
Delivery and Transport Damage
Delivery is available only within Germany and to the following countries:

Self-collection: We deliver exclusively via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of goods is not possible.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the delivery agent and contact us without delay. Failure to submit a complaint or make contact has no consequences for your statutory rights or their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, doing so helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
