Payment Terms, Shipping Costs, Retention of Title

Currently, no sales are taking place. The legal notices (Terms and Conditions, Right of Withdrawal, Shipping, Disposal) are being updated and will come into force upon the reopening of the shop.

Delivery is made only after full payment has been received.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) plus shipping costs of EUR 6.90 per order up to 31.5 kg via DHL. If the payment method cash on delivery is available, the delivering courier will charge an additional cash-on-delivery fee of EUR 2.00, which must be paid directly to the courier.

The delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full.

§ 1 Delivery Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, we dispatch the goods within 2–3 working days after receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on invoice, we dispatch the goods, unless otherwise stated in the offer, within 2 working days after receipt of the order confirmation.

§ 2 Payment Terms

Payment is made in advance or via another selected payment method. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods if they cannot be offered.

If the payment method advance payment is selected, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is due immediately and must be transferred to our account:
