Right of Withdrawal

Currently, no sales are taking place. The legal notices (Terms and Conditions, Right of Withdrawal, Shipping, Disposal) are being updated and will come into effect upon the reopening of the shop.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Schmidt Innovations GmbH, Im Aller 3, 97816 Lohr am Main, Germany, Phone: +49 9352 6033786, Email: info@aeon-shisha.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically via our website info@aeon-shisha.com. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Statutory Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, including permanent modifications made at the consumer’s request (e.g. engraving on a mouthpiece or tray),

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly,

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

  • Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

In all other respects, § 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies.
