Shipping

In addition to the stated product prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 6.90 per order for deliveries within Germany and a flat shipping fee of EUR 16.90 for international deliveries to the countries we serve.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are automatically updated once the destination country has been selected.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders of EUR 199 or more.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and during the checkout process.

Any additional fees, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you are familiar with the import regulations applicable in your destination country.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Standard UPS (Germany): 1–3 business days
  • Standard UPS (European Union): 2–4 business days
  • UPS Express Saver (United States & Canada): 2–5 business days
  • UPS Express Saver (all other non-EU countries): 2–5 business days

Collection in Person

We only ship orders by courier. Unfortunately, personal collection is not available.

Transport Damage

If your order is delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the delivery driver immediately, where possible, and contact us without delay.

Failure to report transport damage or contact us promptly will not affect your statutory rights or your ability to enforce them, including your warranty rights. However, your cooperation helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance provider.
